community events

community classes

Classes offered by members of our community to our community. Instructors may be fresh out of Tisch or forty years into their careers. Topics may range anywhere from social media stories to self-tape success to slaying a staffing meeting.

Writers submit scenes inspired by a prompted theme and featuring an underrepresented lead character. Scenes may be from existing works or written for the event. The selected scenes are rehearsed and performed as virtual staged readings for an audience.

 panels & roundtables

We offer industry Panels on topics specific to our  community and our mission to elevate underrepresented voices.

Our Roundtables offer Tisch alumni exclusive access to writers, producers, directors, agents, executives, and other industry professionals in an informal setting.

community co-workING

Join us for one of our community co-works where alumni come together for a morning, afternoon, or evening of co-working. Increase your productivity with timed “work sprints,” accountability check-ins, and group activities designed to strengthen your alumni connections.

All Tisch Represents events will be held online via Zoom until the threat of COVID-19 subsides. Once you register for an event, you'll receive instructions for how to participate online.
